Everything, and we do mean EVERYTHING, is made fresh daily – all of the Bar-B-Qued meats, which include beef brisket, pork shoulder, pork ribs, chicken, sausage, turkey and ham; the sauce, which you have your choice between a spicy "Texas" blend and a milder one; and all of the vegetables, including green beans, baked beans cooked in the pit, corn on the cob, potato salad, cole slaw, pico de gallo, deviled eggs; and for dessert, the best banana pudding you have ever eaten!

Roland's also has a variety of specialty smoked meats – beef jerky, turkey jerky, summer sausage, dried sausage stick, Canadian bacon and link sausage – all made right at Roland's!
