The Colonial Pancake and Waffle House was established in 1962 by Milton and Betty Gale. We estimate that since the doors opened in 1962, over 2 million eggs and over 4 million pancakes have been served at The Colonial Pancake & Waffle House.
After 48 years in business The Colonial Pancake and Waffle House is now owned by their son Rick and his wife Denise. Rick and Denise realized The Colonial Pancake and Waffle House was in desperate need to be updated in every avenue. Our challenge was to re-vamp and update the kitchen, add needed equipment, freezers, and a new oven.
In the dining area it was necessary to build a waitress service area and coffee nook.
Most important was to go from a total breakfast menu, and include a complete and unique lunch menu.
After 5 years of hard work we have the best and most versified menus in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A new and descriptive 3 page breakfast menu and a lot more combination dishes.
A lunch menu you would expect to see in an expensive restaurant you get here at The Colonial Pancake and Waffle House for a moderate price. Just take a look at our burgers... There are more than 12 different ways to really have it your way!
